BMW X5 Sunroof Stuck in the Up Position

We were presented with a BMW X5 where the panoramic roof wouldn’t retract properly into its closed position. The roof had to be removed for this repair. All required parts were readily available from BMW and a professional, long-term fix was initiated. This vehicle won’t be having panoramic roof problems again.
