As a ‘non interested’ car person it’s so important to feel your mechanic is trustworthy and telling you the truth / what you need to know. And not just relentlessly up selling to someone who doesn’t know better. These guys have taken care of me and my car through thick and thin. Crashes, MOTs, Services. Tony Fowkes Automobiles in Park Royal have serviced my Alfa Romeo 147 Lusso 1.6 for over three years. I found them by accident when my own service garage was being unhelpful in specifying an unsatisfactory time delay in which they would carry out the work. Tony Fowkes Automobiles is family-owned and run by two friendly Brothers who are eager to satisfy their customer. They offer a collect-and-return service, carry out a car service, MOT and, if required, do panel-beating work. They recommend what remedial work may be required now or in the future, carry it out efficiently at the appropriate time in a professional manner and keep me well-informed throughout the whole process. I first used Tony Fowkes Automobiles six years ago to make a small repair to my 1994 Mercedes E320Coupe. I didn’t know what to expect but the sight of a two year old Bentley undergoing repairs was reassuring, as was Andy’s enthusiasm for an equally new Tesla S that needed some serious rear end work. That insurance companies and owners of high end kit trust them was a great endorsement and I was very happy with the quality of repair when I got the Duchess back. It was a small job but Andy and Roger took great interest in the car and explained in detail what they had to do to sort the rust problem. Since then I have used Tony Fowkes for all work on the Duchess, from full servicing to sorting age related trim problems and one nasty dent in the rear three quarters panel caused by a combination of me and a stone wall in France. I was half expecting the car would be declared a right-off, being a coupe the damaged section was all one large shell and the damage went deep, but they came up with a very lateral approach involving heat that popped the panel back into place as if it were new. They are very smart people, inventive and dedicated. They really love cars and they are extremely honest and straightforward to deal with. Being something of a muppet I had asked Andy to do a full service before I took the car back to France. He tactfully reminded me the car had received a full service the year before and only a standard service was required. You will be dealt with fairly and kept fully informed.Highly recommended!

Your premises are so organised and clean - not what you would expect from a grease monkey. For anyone thinking of having a repair, maintenance or service to a car Tony Fowkes Automobiles is without doubt the place to go.All staff are polite and well turned out with their natty uniforms. You can get a courtesy car if you book in advance and on collection my car was cleaned inside and out which I really didn’t expect as it wasn’t very dirty in the first place. I really liked the text and email alerts advising on the progress of the repair.I have never felt so confident with a garage as I do with Tony Fowkes Automobiles and I will have no hesitation in using them again and recommending Andy to everyone I know as a garage that you can trust.

I had a DPF problem on my Audi A6. Before coming to these guys I was at two garages, I’ve lost money and time without solving the problem. But here, they gave me a diagnostic in 30 minutes, and the car was ready in a single day. They stayed overtime only to finish my car, because I’m a minicab driver so I needed the car to be fixed fast. They are very professional and very nice people as well ! Thank you very much guys!

A few lapses in concentration over my 14 years owning my Mercedes had left it with two badly scraped rear wheel arches & bumper cover (multi-storey car park, twice) and the cover buckled on one side (short metal gatepost below boot level). Pretty unsightly. I was convinced that it was not economically repairable. Andy at Tony Fowkes told me otherwise, & he & his team proceeded to prove it for a very reasonable sum (a lot lower than previous quotes elsewhere). Extremely expert & careful work. It looks like a different car - one about 14 years younger.Thanks, Andy. Brilliant job.

Just collected the 4th vehicle Tony Fowkes Auto has worked on for me. First 3 being company cars that needed light work that I was thrilled with. 4th one was my personal daily driver which had suspension issues, steering wheel drag, needed new tyres and brakes. It was brought to the shop the day after booking. Received back a day later driving like a new car.Improved my enjoyment of the car 10x and gave me various options along the way to balance affordability against standard or premium part options - the quality of labour was never compromised or up for discussion.If you have any car issues at all, even if you don't settle on getting your work done with them, I'd highly recommend passing it by them to see your options.I personally wont be going elsewhere.

They will patiently explain what is wrong, recommend the most effective (and economical) repair, and lend you a courtesy car while your car is being repaired. I went to TONY Fowkes Automobiles about 5 years ago to get a body repair quote for my Mercedes after researching extensively on the internet for a reliable and professional motor workshop. It has proven to be an excellent decision and I have not looked back since. I was not only struck by Andy and Roger's professionalism, but also by their friendly and helpful nature and by the cleanliness of the garage. I had never seen a garage so clean and organised. I can’t recommend Tony Fawkes Automobiles enough! I have been a BMW owner for many years and recently bought a 640d M Sport coupe, it developed a host of electronic problems. I was advised that TFA could probably help, a couple of phone calls and my car was booked in at a time convenient for me (they really put themselves out and go the extra mile to help customers). I was kept updated and was sent a Dropbox video of the problem with a module on the car. The problem was resolved promptly, I was kept informed of costs/timescales and when I collected the car it had been valeted at no extra cost. First class garage with full workshop/technical facilities and very friendly/helpful owners, great customer care embedded in a family racing pedigree - 10 out of 10 from a very fussy customer!

Having been recommended Tony Fowkes Automobiles by a few people recently I decided to try them out when I ran into a few issues with my car. I dealt with Roger and Andy and the service and care was incredible - I couldn't have been happier. The work was quick and they did an excellent job of explaining to me what work was needed doing and why, which was nice as my knowledge of car mechanics is minimal. Overall a fantastic experience, my car is running perfectly now - I'll be recommending them to friends (they also washed my car too which was an excellent touch)
